Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled check-in time receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will be charged one night’s stay (plus applicable taxes).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
All cancellations must be received via email or by phone during business hours. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
